Who we are

What we collect and why

• Email address, name, and order details when you purchase The Hole in the Wall. We use them to deliver your purchase, send the 7-day follow-up sequence you opted into at purchase, and (on day 7) present an optional offer. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest.
• Email address when you join the CAC Crusher Formula waitlist. Legal basis: your consent.
• Payment data is processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that processing: stripe.com/privacy.
• Basic analytics (page views, device type) from our hosting provider to understand how the pages perform.

How to stop emails (unsubscribe)

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe any time at unsubscribe. We honor opt-outs immediately and you will receive no further marketing emails.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing cookies. Stripe's checkout may set cookies required for payment processing, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to direct marketing. To exercise any right, email support@x40yourclients.fr. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in France: CNIL, cnil.fr).

Data retention

We keep your email and order record while you remain a customer or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Analytics are aggregated and anonymized.
