What we collect and why

• Email address when you join the waitlist or purchase a product. We use it to send you the updates or products you requested. Legal basis: your consent or contract performance.
• Payment data is processed by Stripe. We never see or store card details. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Basic analytics (page views, device type) from our hosting provider.

How to stop emails (unsubscribe)

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email support@x40yourclients.fr with "unsubscribe" and we will remove you immediately.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to direct marketing. Email support@x40yourclients.fr to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days. In France, you may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Data retention

We keep your email while you remain on the waitlist or a customer, or until you unsubscribe. Analytics are aggregated and anonymized.
